[ The feed turns on shakily to show Sakura, with her usual smile on her face, sitting in a patch of grass. Anyone familiar with the layout of Violet can tell that she's sitting between the Gym and the PokeMart. She has her backpack pulled into her lap and open. ]

Hi everyone! I made it to Cherrygrove, but there really isn't much there. So Kero-chan and I traveled until we reached Violet. It was a long walk, but the view was really nice, too. [ She looks towards her right for a moment. ] I was thinking about getting a job at the PokeMart. I really want to get the money to buy an egg. Is there anybody else who works at the PokeMart in Violet?

And thank you to everyone who helped me get here! [ Her smile brightens into a grin. ] All of your advice was very useful. Okay, Kero-chan, you can turn it off now.

[ The feed shakes and spins away from Sakura before turning off. ]

[ Action ]

[ Sakura is walking around Violet, exploring her surroundings. She's holding hands with her Teddiursa, who's acting quite shy and trying to hide behind her legs every time somebody comes near. It's not very effective, since he comes up to her waist. She, on the other hand, is greeting everyone she passes with a bright smile and a cheerful hello! ]

I'm in Violet, now. I was in Cherrygrove a few days ago. But I got here just a few weeks ago. [ A pause. ] They will? I wish I would've known that before I left. [ She looks slightly disappointed now. ]

You're still mostly new-ish, though! And the people who work there are super nice. Maybe you could ask anyways?

Ohhhh. What kind of team? [ Because her brother plays soccer, and she's a cheerleader. There's a lot of teams, okay. ]

Oh, wow! That's so cool! I've never met anyone who plays tennis before. Are you good? Is it hard? I bet it's fun!

I think it's fun! But yeah, it's a lot of work.

... If you stay here for long enough, you'll probably meet lots of people who play. All of my friends from back home who are here now play it.

It sounds like a lot of work! I've only ever done cheerleading, and it's a lot of work, but it's worth it.

Really? Ahh, it must be so nice to be able to share all of this with your friends! None of mine are here yet. [ She doesn't seem bothered by it, though. ]

I think everything that's worth it is usually a little difficult. Or sometimes a lot difficult. But it's fun, so it's not that bad!

... I hope some of your friends show up sometime, then! Although making new friends here is good, too.
